Chocolate Dripping Effect Tutorial

This video shows how to use melted chocolate to decorate the edges of cakes with a drippy chocolate effect.

The birthday cake in the video is the same one that was featured in last week’s blog post video about cake writing and I use the same chocolate + oil recipe to do both methods. This cake is frosted with decorated with smooth buttercream frosting and a zebra and leopard (or giraffe) print modeling chocolate wrap.
