House in Gingerbread
This gingerbread house replica looks like the real thing! Check out how it compares to the original and see how it was made here: Cookie House with a Candy Lawn
Hazelnut Bundt Cakes
I designed these mini chocolate bundt cakes topped with chocolate ganache and toasted hazelnut pieces for a product development pitch meeting.
Hazelnut Cheesecake
I baked the above cake in wholesale volume for the winter season. Chocolate cheesecake is enrobed in chocolate glaze and decorated with toasted hazelnut crumble, chocolate shavings, and whole hazelnuts.
Heart Cake
Another wholesale cake with inlaid heart vine. I made hundreds of these for Valentines and Mother’s Day. The trick was all in the wrist and the timing.
Heart Cake in Raspberry
These white chocolate raspberry mousse cakes were a popular seller for Valentine’s day. You can see the berries peeking through the mousse and white chocolate ganache dripping down the sides. White chocolate shavings make a bed for molded chocolate heart decorations.
