Hi, just bought your beautiful book ! I will be making the aircraft carrier cake for a wedding next month and was hoping there was a video tutorial . I do see the photos of shapes to cut out ahead of time which is very helpful. Is there more that I am missing?
There is no video tutorial for that. I didn’t own a video camera back then.
hi, love your work. The pig was good but the armadillo was spot on. I wanted to know how you made the wheels for car cake. I’ve been having trouble with the concept. Could you help?
Hi Simone,

Hi,I’m interested on how you do the writing on the jack Daniels bottle?
Hi there! I hand-painted it onto modeling chocolate using titanium dioxide, which is a natural white food coloring. It was a very tedious job!
Opps i’m sorry, it was sppose to read “I wanted to know if it was dark or white choc and so on.
I was interested in the awesome pig you had made. I wanted to know what if it was dark or white choc that you had used or was it icing in the tutorial. I was interested in making one similiar to it, just not sure how it was iced exactly. I would be so greatful if you could help me with this.
Thank you so much
Melissa
