F is for fearlessness, which is what it takes to publish a blog. No matter whether you succeed or fail, the key is to just keep writing and posting. Learn more about the A-Z April Blogging Challenge here. All beginning with the letter F, I give you photos of my culinary career creations.
Figurine Topper in Modeling Chocolate
You may recognize this romantic couple, sculpted out of modeling chocolate for a wedding cake. I sold just this topper to a woman who made the cake herself.
Figurine Carolers in Modeling Chocolate
These miniature caroling figurines, sculpted from modeling chocolate, served as decorations on this Winter Gingerbread House Village. You can watch a video tutorial on how I made them here: Modeling Chocolate Figurines.
Fish Cake, Front View
This fish cake, made out of a half sphere shape, is decorated with modeling chocolate circles in red, white, yellow and blue.
Fish Cake, Side View
This 3D fish cake, also decorated with modeling chocolate, was made to celebrate the birthday of an avid fisherman. A rather large cake, it was mounted on a plaque with the inscription, Size Does Matter.
Fir Trees in Royal Icing
These snowy edible pine tree decorations are made from piped royal icing. See how I made them here: Piped Royal Icing Fir Tree Tutorial
Flooding Royal Icing
That’s me, flooding the groundwork for my Winter Gingerbread House Village.
