Fancy Over Piped Gingerbread House

Below are some photos of this over-piped blue gingerbread house in process.

These pictures tell the story of how the white lattice and rose cluster decorations were created using royal icing, piping cones, and patience.

The royal icing roses were made using a small petal tip and squares of parchment  paper on a flower nail. Then they were allowed to dry.
