I made thousands of these yule logs every holiday season at a wholesale bakery near Boston. They were made with chocolate cake roulade, mocha buttercream, chocolate, shavings, and meringue mushrooms.

Again I would like to say I enjoyed this challenge and your work. The Yoda is just fab!!! My Y is for Ya, it was a carved letter cake, true strawberry shortcake vanilla cake, whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and homemade strawberry crunch crumble topping on the outside.
Y is for yummy cakes and sweets that I never get tired of. Or looking at. Thanks for all of your inspiration!
