The lessons are designed for those who want to learn how to frost cakes smoothly the professional way without depending on expensive gadgets or elaborate “shortcuts.”
The techniques shown are especially applicable to those who make wedding cakes or who are studying for a career in pastry arts. Animated gifs, printouts and 30 minutes of YouTube videos are included. The material is embedded into this website exclusively for registered students and can be accessed at any time using your username and password. Note: The recipe calls for the use of both an electric mixer and food processor.

I just used your frosting reicpe (after having it pinned for sooo long!) and I have to say this is one of the best frosting reicpes I’ve ever used – and so very easy. It’s not overly sweet like I find most buttercreams to be (not to mention horribly greasy). The pretty clouds are topping some cupcakes I made in Minnesota Vikings’s colors for a memorial for today and I think everyone will love it simply for the frosting!!

The recipe can be made anywhere. The ingredients are basic and easy to find all over the world.
